Philip Morris International is a leading international tobacco company working to deliver a smoke-free future, while also evolving our portfolio to include products outside of the tobacco and nicotine sector.

The project focused on implementing and optimizing Social Media Listening and Email Marketing strategies for Philip Morris International. The goal was to enhance brand visibility, engage with the audience, and contribute to PMI's mission of transitioning towards a smoke-free future.

We conducted an in-depth analysis of social media platforms to understand discussions, sentiments, and trends related to tobacco, nicotine alternatives, and the smoke-free initiative.
